I, the undersigned, am renting the equipment from Giant Yard Games by R Way 2 Fun, LLC®. I understand that while the equipment is in my possession, I am solely responsible for the equipment rented to me. I agree that any equipment lost, stolen, or damaged in any way or manner at any time, while signed out, rented, or loaned to me, for in my name will be immediately paid for by cash, check, or credit card. As a sign of good faith, I hereby promise to take care of all equipment only in a manner consistent in which it was intended for. I promise to return all equipment with corresponding parts in good or same condition. I am providing Giant Yard Games by R Way 2 Fun, LLC® with my intentions to pay for any damaged or missing equipment and/or parts while in my name until all equipment is returned and accounted for.
I shall inspect the equipment promptly upon its delivery and notify Giant Yard Games by R Way 2 Fun, LLC® of any defect in the equipment.
I acknowledge that Giant Yard Games by R Way 2 Fun, LLC® is not the manufacturer of the equipment, and make no warranty, either express or implied, with respect to the equipment.
I accept full risk of the rental and use of the equipment, and hereby release Giant Yard Games by R Way 2 Fun, LLC® from any and all claims relating to the equipment or the use thereof.
I understand that a deposit will be required if equipment has been returned with damage or missing pieces or later than 72 hours advanced notice of cancellation.
I understand the full amount of the rental is due the day of the agreed rental date.
